Director of Technology Delivery

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategic technology plans aligned with business goals
• Prioritize IT delivery projects that convert technical capabilities into business value
• Champion emerging technologies and oversee proofs of concept to move them into production
• Manage technology budgets and spending effectively with accurate forecasting
• Align technical investments with prioritized business initiatives
• Develop talent and leadership within teams through goal-setting and feedback
• Build relationships across internal and external stakeholders to represent IT's strategic value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science Degree (MBA preferred) and/or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of IT experience, with 5-10 years in a management role
• Experience in IT planning, governance, and system development is required
• Strong business acumen related to technology investment and market opportunities
• Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and coaching
