Director of Technology - Core Banking

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technology strategy aligning with business goals
• Lead technical requirements and agile delivery for core banking initiatives
• Collaborate to create technology and business roadmaps
• Identify innovative market solutions and lead project charters
• Coach and develop team members fostering a high-performance culture
• Drive quality improvements across the software development lifecycle
• Oversee project delivery ensuring effective coordination across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of leadership experience in technology teams
• 8+ years of IT experience with large-scale platform delivery
• Domain experience in ERP, Infrastructure, or financial products (Core Banking, Loans, etc.)
• Experience building and coordinating technology platforms and teams
