Director of Technical Program Management - Trust & Infrastructure
About the role
The Director of Technical Program Management for Trust & Infrastructure will lead strategic technology programs that drive organizational efficiency and transformation within the Trust & Infrastructure TPM team. This includes programs that accelerate transformation to Hyperforce, Salesforce's infrastructure product offering built on top of third-party public cloud substrates.
Responsibilities
- Lead programs by aligning teams on scope, release planning, vision, and business goals — crafting program structure and securing cross-functional alignment.
- Drive Steering Committee meetings with key partners to make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address critical program issues, ensuring business goals and strategic vision are met.
- Partner with cross-functional teammates across functions — including Customer Success Group (CSG), Legal, Product, Sales, Marketing, Security, and Finance — to drive workgroup alignment on dependencies, status, milestones, and metrics.
- Anticipate and remove obstacles with urgency, and provide regular program reviews covering current state, risks, and critical issues.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise software or technical program management experience at an enterprise technology company.
- 5+ years leading Software as a Service (SaaS) product development programs, with demonstrated understanding of the SaaS business model and its product development lifecycle.
- Deep experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge in dynamic environments.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, and can drive consensus in a cross-functional, matrix management environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with Portfolio Management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail-oriented execution.
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and individual contributors alike.
- Ability to master technical subjects and technologies relevant to the program.
- Related technical degree.
Skills

Pay
The typical base salary range for this position is $171,200 - $273,000 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $205,800 - $298,400 annually.
Schedule
This is a full-time position.
