Director of Tax (HNW Family Office)

About the role

Manage end-to-end tax compliance for partnerships, LLCs, high-net-worth individuals, and trusts (domestic and international).

Oversee preparation and review of tax returns (prepared by 3rd party CPA firm).

Coordinate K-1 tracking.

Maintain annual tax calendar.

Handle tax notices.

Support process improvements.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE:
• -10+ years of tax experience
• -Experience within private client services, family office, or HNW tax groups
• -Strong background in individual, partnership, and trust taxation
• -CPA preferred
