About the role
The Director of Talent Management is responsible for overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition and development within the organization. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent, as well as providing ongoing professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs
- Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure seamless onboarding processes
- Facilitating professional development programs for employees
- Maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management or related field
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Knowledge of industry best practices in talent management
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
