About the role

The General Manager at Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection is responsible for strategizing the hotel's goals, developing and implementing process improvements, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, coaching performance, and delivering heartfelt service.

Responsibilities

• Act as a collaborative and strategic partner to the General Manager and the Executive Committee Members for strategizing the hotel's goals.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and coach performance to support the hotel's success.
• Deliver heartfelt service to guests and team members alike.

Requirements

• Demonstrated history of building a winning team.
• Demonstrated HR leadership experience and capability.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong HRIS/HCM/Payroll system experience.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in compliance with mandatory laws.
• Proactive in addressing employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to demonstrate subject matter expertise and financial acumen.

Pay

The starting rate for this position is $175,000 - $190,000 per year. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
