About the Role
Lead one of the region's premier surgical programs as the Director of Surgical Services at our Meridian hospital. This critical nursing leadership role provides an opportunity to make a lasting impact on patient care in a state-of-the-art surgical environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversight includes multi-disciplinary team of 6 direct reports and 250 total FTE's, spanning:
- - 10 Operating Rooms
- - 2-room surgery center
- - Preadmissions Testing
- - Pre-Op
- - Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
- - Endoscopy
- - Supply Chain
- - Sterile Processing
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- 7 years’ relevant experience (ie, progressive leadership responsibility, oversight of complex surgical environments, etc)
- RN license Idaho
