Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum three (3) years of Operating Room experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a perioperative or surgical services environment
- Strong operational, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Previous experience leading multidisciplinary surgical teams
- Experience with budgeting, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and physician collaboration
