Director of Surgical Services
Job Summary
You will lead the strategic direction and operational oversight of all nursing services within our General Surgery department. This role focuses on driving exceptional patient care outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.
Responsibilities
- Set and evaluate nursing care standards and protocols
- Meticulously investigate and resolve patient care concerns
- Lead initiatives that enhance overall quality
- Strategically manage the full lifecycle of nursing talent
- Act as a primary clinical resource and expert
Required Job Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing or equivalent education and experience
- Masters degree in Nursing or other related field
- Three (3) years of nursing experience
- Two (2) years of leadership experience
- Registered Nurse: AZ RN
- Basic Life Support (BLS)- American Heart Association

$63.10 - $93.87 /hour
