The Director of Surgical Services at our Boise hospital is more than a nursing leadership role. It’s an opportunity to lead one of the most advanced and high-performing surgical programs in the region. Reporting to the CNO, this strategic role will drive innovation, elevate patient outcomes, and lead a highly skilled team delivering life-changing care every day.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of a multi-disciplinary team of 6 direct reports and more than 300 total staff, spanning:
- - 21 Operating Rooms
- - 1 Surgery Center
- - Pre-Op Holding Area (POHA)
- - Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
- - Sterile Processing
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- 10 years’ relevant experience (ie, progressive leadership responsibility, oversight of complex surgical environments, etc)
- RN license Idaho
