Responsibilities

  • Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process: Ensuring alignment across demand, supply, finance, and commercial teams to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.
  • Demand Planning: Gather and analyze data to support accurate demand forecasting. Drive customer satisfaction through improved service levels. Reduce inventory costs by aligning forecasts with actual demand. Enhance decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Supply Planning: Execute material requirements planning and production scheduling. Manage inventory to balance availability and cost efficiency. Optimize resource utilization and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and present key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand and supply planning. Prepare and deliver reports to senior executives, highlighting KPIs, trends, and actionable recommendations.
  • Team & People Management: Work in a professional, highly motivated, and passionate team of integrated supply chain professionals serving our customers around the globe. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Demand Forecasting, Production Planning, and Materials professionals. Build strong teams that thrive in collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Materials, Business Management.
  • 15+ years experience leading teams with experience in production planning and materials management in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Experience with supply chain management implementation.
  • ASCM certification, preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.
