About the Role

Oversee production planning, supply chain operations, and logistics functions. Drive the adoption and utilization of ERP/CIM systems across the organization. Manage the end-to-end process flow of production and ensure schedule adherence. Hold cross-functional teams accountable to production schedules and delivery targets.

Lead and manage a team including a Master Scheduler, 2 Planners, 2 Buyers, and an Assistant Material Manager with performance reporting responsibilities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership and accountability in a manufacturing environment
• Strong ERP system experience, ideally gained within a larger company or plant setting
• Injection molding and plastics industry experience highly preferred
