About the role
Fusion Academy is a 1-to-1 private school for grades 5-12, dedicated to personalized education and student development.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of the Homework Café, a space for students to complete assignments and socialize.
- Leadership of student clubs, events, trips, and service projects.
- Mentorship of each student through personalized social-emotional support.
- Collaboration with staff to foster a positive, safe, and inclusive campus community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Experience working with middle and high school students.
- Passion for student development and social-emotional learning.
- A fun, creative personality that energizes campus life.
Qualifications
- Florida residents must complete a level 2 background screening through FlClearinghouse.com.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with student engagement and development.
