About the role
As a Director of Student Life at Fusion Academy, you’ll shape a vibrant campus culture by mentoring each student, supporting their social-emotional growth, and leading meaningful programs and activities. Fusion Academy is a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5-12, where personalized education unlocks the full potential of each student. Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Oversee our Homework Café, where students complete assignments and socialize.
- Lead student clubs, events, trips, and service projects.
- Mentor each student through personalized social-emotional support.
- Partner with staff to nurture a positive, safe, and inclusive campus community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required) and leadership experience.
- Experience working with middle and high school students.
- Passion for student development and social-emotional learning.
- A fun, creative personality that makes campus life come alive.

Pay
USD $58,000.00 - USD $63,000.00 /Yr.
