About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Strategy & Growth to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape strategic direction and drive scalable growth across a specialized delivery organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of consulting-style problem solving, operational execution, and cross-functional leadership to expand an expert community and improve engagement outcomes. You will also help advance AI-enabled workflows and initiatives that support efficiency, adoption, and measurable business impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive strategic initiatives across the delivery business
• Own end-to-end growth of the expert community, enhancing engagement
• Build and execute a playbook for community management practices
• Identify and implement new initiatives for scaling community growth
• Collaborate on AI enablement and automation across workflows
• Partner across teams to ensure successful adoption of joint initiatives
• Utilize AI tools to drive initiatives from analysis to execution

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting or high-impact growth roles in tech
• Proven record of hyperscaling a community or marketplace's user base
• Strong strategic and operational acumen with hands-on execution skills
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to measurable success
• Fluent in AI tools and their practical applications in business workflows
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on reporting and impact measurement
• Strong communication skills across various organizational levels

Pay

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
