Director of Strategic Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI models that enhance our revenue team's productivity and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our AI-driven tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and refine AI models.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize existing AI models to ensure they meet performance benchmarks.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and integrate them into our systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI development and machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful AI projects.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Skills

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Good knowledge of software development practices and version control systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
