The Director of Strategic Growth at BBYO is responsible for growing BBYO’s reach in the Greater Atlanta Region. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and cultivating new teen pipelines
- Create additional entry-point programming
- Curate unique, access-driven programming
- Collaborate with the JCC’s professional BBYO team
- Coach and mentor teens to implement annual calendar of high quality and fun programs
- Solicit and cultivate relationships with synagogues and other Jewish and non-Jewish institutions
- Create intentional opportunities for alumni engagement
- Staff BBYO summer programs
- Support BBYO’s International Convention or other Movement-wide Initiatives
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- 5-7 years of work experience
- Experience with youth or teens preferred
- Experience with event planning, innovation, and partnerships preferred
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Reside in the Atlanta, Georgia area and be willing and able to travel regularly within the region
- Ability to work non-traditional hours (some nights and weekends)
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
