Director of Strategic Growth
About the role
We are seeking a Director of Strategic Growth to join our Life Science team based in the United States. The ideal candidate will leverage their Clinical Trial Supply (CTS) expertise, established industry network, and strategic advisory skills to drive growth and unlock new opportunities.
Responsibilities
Partnership management: Develop and enhance N-SIDE’s partnership ecosystem with IRT providers, CROs, CMOs, and other key stakeholders, addressing both business and technical perspectives.
Leverage your established network within the CTS industry (Sponsors, CROs, IRT providers, etc.) to generate qualified introductions for the US Strategic Account Management team and identify new opportunities within both customers and prospects.
Actively expand and leverage your network in full alignment with N-SIDE’s strategic priorities and commercial objectives.
Thought Leadership: Support marketing activities, including conferences, webinars, and white papers, to increase brand awareness. Monitor industry trends to keep the organization informed about the evolving CTS landscape.
Strategic Advisory: Guide strategic discussions with clients, using CTS knowledge to optimize their workflows and align N-SIDE’s value proposition with their pain points.
Internal collaboration: Coordinate with Strategic Account Management and Marketing to ensure a seamless transition of opportunities. Bring market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends back into the organization to inform commercial strategy, partnerships, and product positioning. Share your deep Clinical Trial and CTS expertise across the organization to strengthen internal knowledge and capability building.
Requirements
Over 10 years of experience in Clinical Trials, Clinical Supply Chain, RTSM, or related fields.
A background in client relationship management, business development, or technical sales is highly preferred.
A strong and established Clinical Supply/Trial network.
A customer-focused approach, enjoying engagement with customers and keeping their needs central.
A proven self-leader with a high degree of autonomy, responsibility, and initiative.
An open-minded attitude and willingness to work in an international environment (Belgian HQ, Management based in BE).
Based in the United States.
