About the role

InMarket is a leader in 360-degree consumer intelligence and real-time activation for top brands. We use data-driven marketing platforms to build targeted audiences, activate media in real time, and measure ad spend success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, shape, and pitch new business opportunities to open strategic revenue streams
  • Engage and influence senior-level stakeholders at brands and agencies to test and learn new technology
  • Lead exploratory and ambiguous initiatives that may evolve into scalable revenue channels
  • Translate complex data and adtech capabilities into clear, compelling commercial narratives
  • Partner closely with product, marketing, and sales leadership to help shape new GTM motions
  • Persistently engage with key decision-makers and strategic accounts
  • Become a trusted partner to leadership on growth experimentation and market development

Requirements

  • Solid experience in business development, new partnerships, or enterprise sales
  • Proven ability to open doors and create opportunities from scratch
  • Demonstrated success in adtech, martech, SaaS, or data-driven marketing environments
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills—able to simplify and sell complex ideas
  • Highly resourceful, proactive, and comfortable operating without structure or predefined playbooks
  • Builder mentality with a bias toward action and experimentation
  • High degree of curiosity, resilience, and creative problem-solving
