Job Summary
As a Director of Social Services with HCA Florida JFK North Hospital, you will manage an organization dedicated to improving the lives of patients and their communities. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing social service programs and initiatives
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs
- Providing clinical supervision to clinical social workers
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and policies
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Master's Degree in Social Work, required
- Inpatient experience working with all patient populations, preferred
- Supervisory experience, particularly in LCSW roles, preferred
- A Clinical Social Worker license, required
- A Basic Cardiac Life Support certificate, obtainable within 30 days of employment
- A Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certificate, obtainable within 30 days of employment
- An Other-Fingerprint, required
