About the role

The Director of Security & Transportation oversees all aspects of the community's security and transportation operations. This role ensures the safety of residents, team members, property, and assets, manages secure and efficient transportation services, develops strategic plans, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with leadership to align security and transportation goals with organizational priorities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of five years’ progressive experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, or transportation
• Minimum of one year passenger or commercial driving experience
• Must possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class B or higher) with passenger endorsement (or obtain within six months of employment)
• CPR, AED, & first aid certification (or obtain within the 3-month introductory period)

Pay

$67,898.00 - $99,099.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
