Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of dynamic sales strategies to aggressively secure new business opportunities, with a strong emphasis on outbound sales initiatives.
- Consistently identify and implement innovative tactics to maximize revenue streams across all segments, ensuring Outbound Park City exceeds its financial targets.
- Cultivate and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key accounts, travel partners, and corporate clients, transforming connections into valuable partnerships.
- Inspire and empower a high-performing team, fostering a culture that resonates with Park City's adventurous spirit.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and economic shifts, leveraging insights to strategically adjust sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
- Act as a passionate ambassador, effectively communicating our unique value proposition and the unforgettable experiences we offer.
- Utilize comprehensive sales data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, forecast future demand, and make data-driven decisions that propel our growth.
- Work seamlessly with the hotel's leadership team and operations departments to ensure unified strategies and exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Seasoned Expertise: Minimum of five years of progressive, hotel sales experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
- Sales Success: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Educational Background: A college degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related field is preferred, or you possess substantial professional experience demonstrating equivalent expertise.
- Dynamic Leadership: You are a highly dynamic, enthusiastic, and creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of adeptly managing multiple functions and troubleshooting challenges as they arise.
- Technological Proficiency: You are proficient in computer and software applications and have a preferred working knowledge of Delphi.
- Local Market Insight: Familiarity with, or prior experience, in the local market is a distinct advantage for this role.
