What You'll Do

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of commercial HVAC sales professionals
  • Set and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals across service and retrofit projects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; identify new market opportunities
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales, operations, and project delivery
  • Review proposals and contracts to maintain quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to your team, fostering growth and accountability

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years commercial HVAC or mechanical service/project sales experience
  • 3+ years sales leadership or management experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team motivation skills
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary, plus a performance-based bonus
