What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of commercial HVAC sales professionals
- Set and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals across service and retrofit projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; identify new market opportunities
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, operations, and project delivery
- Review proposals and contracts to maintain quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
- Provide mentorship and coaching to your team, fostering growth and accountability
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years commercial HVAC or mechanical service/project sales experience
- 3+ years sales leadership or management experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team motivation skills
- Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
Compensation
- Competitive base salary, plus a performance-based bonus
- A monthly vehicle allowance and a gas card for business-related expenses
