What You'll Do

• Balance leadership, customer relationships, and operational excellence
• Lead Your Team
• Coach, support, and motivate service team members
• Aid with onboarding and training new employees
• Coordinate daily schedules and service routes
• Lead by example while promoting safety, accountability, and excellent customer service
• Grow Customer Relationships
• Build lasting partnerships with restaurant and hospitality customers
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Maintain existing accounts while identifying opportunities to expand services
• Recommend products and solutions that help customers operate more efficiently
• Support Daily Operations
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues (paid technical training provided)
• Deliver products and maintain inventory for customer accounts
• Track service activity and communicate updates with branch leadership

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory, lead, or management experience
• Experience in customer service, route operations, hospitality, retail, logistics, warehouse, restaurant, or service industries
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn through paid training
• Valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience
• Comfortable working in an active, hands-on environment
• Frequent driving throughout the South San Francisco area
• Availability for overtime and occasional on-call responsibilities
