Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales to lead and scale our sales operations, with a strong focus on labor solutions for data center projects. This role will be responsible for developing strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, particularly within the data center and construction sectors
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships related to data center labor staffing and support services
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Collaborate with operations and recruiting teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and provide regular reporting to executive leadership
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role (Director, Senior Manager, or similar)
  • Required: Experience selling or managing labor solutions for data center projects
  • Strong understanding of workforce staffing, construction, or skilled labor industries
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage high-value accounts
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, visit job sites, and support business development efforts
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Existing network within the data center, construction, or infrastructure industries
  • Experience working with national or large-scale projects
