DIRECTOR OF SALES | CREATIVE PRODUCTION & CGI

About the Role

We're partnering with a leading global visual content and creative production business to find a commercially driven Director of Sales to accelerate growth across the US market. This role is ideal for someone with a proven CGI background and an established, active network of clients across eCommerce, retail, fashion, beauty, and consumer brands.

Responsibilities

• Leverage existing relationships and industry knowledge to generate new business.
• Own the full sales cycle, from opening doors and developing opportunities to negotiating and closing high-value enterprise deals.
• Focus on selling CGI, eCommerce CGI, 3D visualization, digital retouching, and large-scale visual content production services.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for enterprise clients.
• Play a pivotal role in driving the company's commercial growth.

Requirements

• Proven CGI industry background, ideally in eCommerce CGI, 3D visualization, or related visual production services.
• Active network of established, relevant client relationships to generate qualified opportunities and win new business.
• Strong enterprise sales experience with a track record of selling complex, high-value CGI or visual production services to major brands.
• Influential industry network with relationships across retail, fashion, beauty, eCommerce, consumer brands, and creative agencies (Marketing, Creative, Digital, Content, Production, and Procurement leaders).
• 8-10+ years of relevant experience; exceptional candidates with 6-7 years at a highly relevant CGI business and strong relationships/sales track record may be considered.
• Hunter mentality with the ability to identify opportunities, lead the entire sales cycle, and convert relationships into revenue.
• Commercial credibility and career stability, with a consistent history of winning business and building lasting client partnerships.
• Ability to make an immediate impact by identifying realistic opportunities and leveraging your network to generate revenue within the first 90-100 days.

Qualifications

• Based in New York City or the surrounding area.
• Deep understanding of the CGI and visual production landscape.

Pay

Up to $150,000 USD base salary + commission.
