Sales Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a sales organization of 30+ individuals (via 5 direct report Division Managers) to exceed targets.
Strategy Development
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing customer relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities across distinct sales motions (Project, Transactional, and Bid/RFP).
Forecasting & Pipeline Health
- Own the master forecast. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize sales team performance and effectiveness.
Market Expansion
- Identify and pursue opportunities in utilities, renewable energy, Electric Vehicle charging stations, and other industrial sectors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure seamless coordination between sales, production, and customer support.
Qualifications
- Experience in one of the following markets is highly desirable: EPC, Distribution, Electric Utilities, Manufacturers Rep, Channel, EAS.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in tracking and improving sales KPIs and metrics.
- Electrical industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
