Director of Sales and Marketing
About the Role
Beztak Senior Living is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team at All Seasons Delray Beach, a brand new luxury Senior Living community set to open in 2027. This role will begin in December 2026 to help build momentum for pre-leasing efforts and contribute to the successful launch and grand opening of our 153-home community, offering both Independent Living and Assisted Living.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the overall sales goals of the community are met.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential residents and their families, ensuring five-star customer service is always displayed.
- Assist with maintaining a motivational atmosphere throughout the community.
- Assist in the creation of sales and marketing reports, as well as captivating newsletters and social media updates.
- Complete community tours in a manner that meets company expectations.
- Complete the daily marketing checklist.
- Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, and exhibiting effective interpersonal skills.
- Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent organization skills, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
Background Check Process
Beztak and All Seasons complete pre-employment testing in accordance with company policies and all state requirements. This includes criminal background checks, fingerprinting (where applicable), and drug testing.

- Arizona applicants: Must obtain a fingerprint clearance card, TB test, and clear the Adult Protective Services registry.

Physical Demands
The position requires regular sitting for long periods, walking, standing, climbing stairs, and communicating with residents, staff, family members, and the public. You may be exposed to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow, including occasional extreme conditions while performing outdoor tasks. Periodic confinement to a vehicle is also required.
Work Environment
This position typically operates indoors in an air-conditioned office with a mixture of natural, incandescent, and fluorescent lighting. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions is common.
