About the role

Veriff is seeking a Director of Sales; Americas to lead revenue growth, oversee US and LATAM expansion, and manage the US and Latam Sales Team (Enterprise Account Executives).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high growth targets are met through new customer acquisition
  • Drive strategic decisions with executive leadership to develop short and long-term strategies
  • Engage with major strategic opportunities, building executive relationships and managing long sales cycles
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a cohesive and high-performing culture
  • Implement disciplined sales processes to enhance customer experiences and improve forecasting accuracy
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver market-leading products and services
  • Work with finance to refine metrics for better revenue forecasting and resource utilization
  • Develop scalable processes and best practices to meet revenue targets and support growth metrics
  • Regularly align with internal stakeholders to drive significant impact across all markets and grow the business

Requirements

  • Extensive sales hunter experience, focusing on multinational enterprise clients
  • Strong sales forecasting and metrics expertise, with a mastery of MEDDICC (optional but beneficial)
  • Proven track record of delivering significant growth through team expansion or process improvements
  • Effective communication and product/service articulation skills
  • Ability to define processes, KPIs, and guide teams towards success
  • Driven to achieve results, decisive, and able to handle pressure effectively
  • Metrics-driven and process-oriented leadership style
  • Experience leading senior sales contributors in the US, with a focus on building strong relationships
  • Capable of understanding complex IDV discussions to support the team
  • Team-oriented, focused on customer success, and able to build deep relationships with other teams
  • Creates a positive and engaging work environment, sharing successes and fostering open dialogue

Pay

The base salary for this role is $220,000 - $250,000 annually, with commission. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors allowed by law.
