Director of Sales & Administrative Operations

The Opportunity

You will occupy a high-impact hybrid leadership role, bridging the gap between front-end sales growth and back-end administrative precision. This position offers the rare chance to influence the entire project lifecycle for a premier design-build firm with a 37-year history of success.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in both sales and management.
• Extensive background in the construction or remodeling industry with a deep understanding of project lifecycles.
• Proven track record of high-performance outside sales and successful lead conversion.
• Advanced computer literacy and experience managing complex administrative systems.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• A self-motivated personality with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep familiarity with the San Francisco Peninsula residential market and local client expectations.
