Director of Safety and Risk Management
for each heading only if there is real content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes sections: Primary Purpose (maybe About the role), Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Responsibilities), Minimal Qualifications (Qualifications?), Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (Skills), Preferred Job Requirements (maybe also Qualifications or Skills), Compensation (Pay), Physical Requirements and Working Conditions (maybe Benefits? Actually not benefits; could be Working Conditions but not required). There's no explicit Benefits or Schedule. So we should not create Benefits or Schedule sections unless posting actually states them. It does not mention benefits or schedule. So we omit those sections.
We need sections: About the role (from Primary Purpose), Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities), Qualifications (Minimal Qualifications + maybe Preferred Job Requirements?), Skills (Knowledge / Skills / Abilities + Preferred Job Requirements knowledge/skills?), Pay (Compensation). Possibly also Requirements? Could combine Minimal Qualifications and Preferred Job Requirements into Qualifications. But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The instructions say use those headings for section headings. But we should only include a section when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which of those headings map to content.
- About the role: Primary Purpose fits.
- Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities fits.
- Requirements: Could be Minimal Qualifications? Actually "Requirements" maybe refers to job requirements like experience, education. Could combine Minimal Qualifications and Preferred Job Requirements? But we also have Qualifications heading separate. Might be redundant. The list includes both Requirements and Qualifications. Possibly they intend Requirements for things like experience, education, certifications (minimum), and Qualifications for preferred or additional qualifications. But we need to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can include both if content distinct.
We have Minimal Qualifications (education, certification/license, work experience, knowledge/skills/abilities). Then Preferred Job Requirements (additional certifications, experience, knowledge/skills/abilities). Could map Minimal Qualifications to Requirements, and Preferred Job Requirements to Qualifications. Or vice versa. Let's think: Usually "Requirements" are mandatory, "Qualifications" are preferred. So we can put Minimal Qualifications under Requirements heading, and Preferred Job Requirements under Qualifications heading. Then Skills heading could be for Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (both minimal and preferred). But we already used those for Requirements/Qualifications. Might be duplication. However we need to avoid filler. Perhaps better: Use About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (Minimal Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Job Requirements), Skills (Knowledge / Skills / Abilities from both), Pay (Compensation). Omit Benefits and Schedule.
We must not repeat job title. Use for each heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include all details from Primary Purpose, Essential Duties and Responsibilities (broken into sub-sections maybe but we can keep as paragraphs or lists). The instructions: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should convert the duties into list items. The Essential Duties and Responsibilities has headings like Safety Leadership, Risk Management, etc. We could keep those as subheadings? Not allowed; only headings allowed are the specified ones. But we could embed them as within
- or as part of text. Probably better to keep as
paragraphs with bold headings? The instruction says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should make a list where each duty is a list item. Could break each bullet under each subheading into separate items. Might be lengthy but okay.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details like "Develop and execute the Company's safety strategy and annual safety objectives." etc.
We also need to include Minimal Qualifications details: Education, Certification/License, Work Experience, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities. We'll put those under Requirements heading as list items.
Preferred Job Requirements under Qualifications heading as list items.
Skills heading: Knowledge / Skills / Abilities from both? But we already used those in Requirements and Qualifications. Might be redundant. Perhaps better: Skills heading for the Knowledge / Skills / Abilities sections (both minimal and preferred). Then Requirements heading for Education, Certification/License, Work Experience. Qualifications heading for Preferred Job Requirements (certifications, experience). Let's decide.
We have:
Minimal Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Risk Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Certification / License: CSP, ARM, CRM, OHST, CDS.
- Work Experience: 8+ years progressive safety, risk management, insurance, or compliance experience; 5+ years leadership experience; Experience managing insurance programs, claims, and workers' compensation; Experience in commercial construction or industrial construction.
- Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: list of items.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Certification / License: CSP, CHST, ARM, OHST, OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification.
- Work Experience: 2+ Years Commercial Construction (Safety Professional Role); 5+ Years General Construction (Safety Professional Role).
- Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: 10+ years progressive safety, risk management, insurance, or compliance experience; 7+ years leadership experience; Experience in data center construction.
Thus we can separate.
