Director Of Risk Management & Quality Assurance

A community health organization in Nassau County, NY is searching for a Director of Risk Management & Quality Assurance to join their mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality, compliance, risk management, and clinical operations initiatives for a multi-site FQHC serving children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Partner closely with executive leadership to drive performance improvement, regulatory readiness, patient safety, and quality outcomes across the organization.
• Oversee quality programs, incident management, peer review, accreditation activities, value-based care reporting, and HRSA compliance while supporting operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Supports HRSA, CMS, NYSDOH, FTCA, and accreditation readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a FQHC or Article 28 clinic setting.
• Experience with FTCA prep.
• Experience working with ACOs and ICAs and other value based care arrangements.
• eClinicalWorks EMR experience preferred.
