About the role

We’re looking for a highly analytical individual to join our team as the Director of Revenue Management. In this pivotal role, you will maximize revenue, profit, and demand for our hotel rooms and meeting spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue, profit, and demand for hotel rooms and meeting spaces
• Lead revenue management strategies for the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa
• Develop high-performing and accountable revenue teams
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of Marriott systems - FSPMS, Marsha, CI/TY, One Yield (with certification preferred)
• Proven success leading revenue management in a large, full-service hotel or convention-style property
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Qualifications

• Proven track record in revenue management
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with hotel operations and conventions
• Leadership experience in a similar role
