Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred – or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel revenue management experience.
- Prior multi-property or regional oversight strongly preferred.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency with hotel revenue technologies including PMS, CRS, RMS, channel management, and STR reporting tools.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching, mentoring, delegating, and performance management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel between assigned properties as needed.
Skills
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies for assigned hotel properties to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability.
- Oversee pricing, inventory control, forecasting, and distribution strategies across all assigned hotels.
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, STR reports, demand patterns, and economic conditions to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
- Drive improvements in ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and total revenue performance through strategic pricing and inventory management.
- Optimize channel distribution strategies across brand, OTA, wholesale, group, and direct booking channels.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to align promotional initiatives, group strategies, and market segmentation efforts with revenue objectives.
- Lead weekly and monthly revenue strategy meetings with property leadership teams to evaluate performance, pace, forecasting, and market positioning.
- Provide accurate forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to executive leadership.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary company, financial, and guest information.
- Support new hotel openings, transitions, system implementations, and special revenue projects as assigned.
