Director of Revenue Enablement (Hybrid)
About the role
As the Director of Revenue Enablement, you'll create and implement revenue enablement strategies, learning programs, and AI-powered workflows that help our customer-facing teams identify and capitalize on monetization and expansion opportunities. You'll help our revenue teams reach their full potential. You'll build Homebase capabilities across learning and development, AI-enabled workflows, technology adoption, sales processes, and product feedback. In partnership with team managers and Revenue Operations, you'll create programs that shorten ramp time for new hires and strengthen the skills of tenured Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Account Managers. You'll lead our revenue enablement function, evolve how we teach and reinforce the sales process, and develop a high-performing team. Your work will position Homebase to scale quickly while increasing revenue productivity. As a member of the Homebase leadership team, you'll help chart the path for future Homies.
