IDR is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Tennessee. This role offers the chance to lead and optimize revenue cycle operations within a dynamic healthcare organization focused on value-based care. The director will collaborate across departments to enhance financial outcomes and patient experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• 7+ years of experience in claims operations management and revenue cycle
• Demonstrated experience managing and scaling a revenue cycle team in a complex healthcare environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills both in person and over the phone
• Working knowledge of ICD-10, HCPCS, and CPT coding along with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billing guidelines
