Job Summary
Ensures accuracy and optimization of the Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare Physician Partners’(TMHPP) professional revenue cycle operations.
Provides strategic direction and oversight for internal processes, outsourced engagements, and key communications to stakeholders.
Contributes to long-term revenue cycle optimization, transparency, and accountability within the professional revenue cycle operations.
Collaborates with physician leaders, Information Services (IS), and vendors.
Identifies and reviews appropriate revenue cycle reports.
Ensures compliance with applicable federal and state regulations; monitors financial risks and recommends mitigation strategies.
Reports To: Financial Operations/VP (job code (JC): 102701)
Supervises: Analyst/Decision Support (JC: 226202)
What You’ll Need To Apply
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field
Preferred Education: Master's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field.
Required Experience: Five (5) years of relevant, job-related experience
