About the role

The Director of Revenue is responsible for leading and executing revenue management strategies across a small portfolio of hotel properties to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability. This role oversees pricing, inventory management, forecasting, distribution strategy, and market positioning while partnering closely with property leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive revenue performance and achieve organizational goals.
