Director of Residential- WARREN & WASHINGTON COUNTIES, NY

Full-time, 40-hour position based in Warren-Washington Counties.

About the role

The Director of Residential oversees assigned residential programs and supervises Residential Managers, Assistant Residence Managers, and Direct Support Professionals. Responsibilities include ensuring all programs on their caseload are effective and operational.

Schedule

Monday–Friday. Hours vary due to program needs and on-call responsibilities.

Pay

$66,000 annually (salaried, overtime-exempt).

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability standards
• Ability to secure and maintain all required certifications and trainings
• High School Diploma or GED or one of the following:
  • College transcripts plus 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Associate’s Degree plus 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 1 year of supervisory experience
