About the role

The Director of Residential Services oversees the day-to-day operations of the residential facilities, ensuring compliance with all regulations and providing a safe, supportive environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and supervision of residential staff
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for resident care and safety
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to address resident needs
• Conduct regular inspections of residential facilities
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential services management
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Knowledge of community resources and services
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
