Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support residential staff, including houseparents and residential support staff.
- Provide pastoral care, mentoring, and spiritual encouragement to direct care staff.
- Ensure consistent implementation of trauma-informed practices.
- Support staff in managing youth needs, household dynamics, and placement stability.
- Collaborate with program leaders to maintain licensing compliance, accreditation standards, and organizational excellence.
- Participate in leadership, quality improvement, and case management meetings.
- Model Christian faith and support the ministry’s mission through prayer, staff engagement, and spiritual leadership.
Requirements
- Ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years experience working in residential care settings.
- Lived experience as a full time direct care staff.
- Residential care leadership experience.
