About the role
The Director of Residential Life and Housing oversees all aspects of student housing and residential life at Arcadia University. This includes managing the residence halls, coordinating programming, and ensuring a safe and supportive living environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residence halls.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for student housing.
- Plan and execute programming that enhances the residential experience.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a cohesive campus community.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive living environment for students.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Housing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in student affairs or related field.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with student housing management systems.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of best practices in student housing and residential life.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with student housing management software.

Pay
$60,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
