Director of Resident Services - Creekside Inn

We are seeking a proactive and compassionate RN to lead our care team at Creekside Inn memory care.

About the role

This role directs the operation of the community Resident Services Department focusing on resident care, regulatory compliance, staff management, cost containment, and marketing Memory Care / Assisted Living program services.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the Community's resident services department
• Direct the hiring and assignment of duties of licensed and non-licensed staff
• Evaluate residents' condition and care needs to determine the level of assistance needed
• Evaluate resident records on an ongoing basis
• Ensure availability of supplies and equipment related to the resident services
• Provide ongoing teaching and training to staff
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Maintains a current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice professional nursing in the residing state
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire
• Previous experience in a supervisory position (Geriatrics preferred)
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
• Must have ability to gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public

Pay

Earn between $90,000 and $95,000, depending on experience. Salaried/Exempt position with monthly Bonus Opportunities.
