Director of Resident Services

About the Role

Vi at Lakeside Village is seeking a highly accomplished professional to promote a healthy, enriching environment through management of resident services. The selected candidate will manage the aging continuum within the framework of the Company's mission and core values, identifying, managing, and evaluating ancillary personnel to provide high-quality services and amenities to residents.

Responsibilities

• Manage the aging continuum in alignment with the Company’s mission and core values.
• Identify, manage, and evaluate ancillary personnel to ensure high-quality resident services and amenities.
• Address gerontological issues and ensure compliance with Federal and State laws regarding elder care and assisted living.
• Apply project management skills to resident services initiatives.
• Utilize excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills with a resident- and customer-focused approach.
• Maintain proficiency in MS Office and other required computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of prior experience in a similar role with management experience in gerontology (e.g., social worker, nurse, or psychologist).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Sociology, Psychology, Gerontology, or a related field (required).
• Master’s Degree (preferred).
• Current CPR certification (required) or willingness to obtain it.
• Demonstrated ability to deal with gerontological issues and knowledge of elder care compliance requirements.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay

USD $91,545.19 – USD $119,016.20 per year.
