About the role
The Director of Resident Programs will lead lifestyle programming and resident engagement at Isle at Cedar Park, an assisted living community managed by Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG).
Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging daily, weekly, and monthly resident lifestyle calendars.
- Plan and coordinate social events, holiday celebrations, outings, entertainment, and wellness programming.
- Develop activities that promote independence, connection, and active living.
- Build strong relationships with residents and encourage community participation.
- Cook up resident transportation schedules and off-site activities.
- Partner with local organizations, entertainers, and vendors to enhance programming.
- Lead and support resident clubs, interest groups, and community initiatives.
- Maintain department calendars, participation records, and required documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance resident satisfaction and overall community culture.
- Ensure programming aligns with company standards and resident interests.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in senior living activities, resident programming, lifestyle coordination, hospitality, or related resident engagement roles required.
- Independent living experience strongly preferred.
- Experience planning events, social programming, or wellness initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools preferred.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
