Responsibilities

  • Serve as Chair of the Scientific Advisory Committee to guide research initiatives
  • Oversee grant programs, ensuring proper administration and management of grant resources
  • Participate actively in the Coaching Leaders Group to contribute to strategic direction
  • Lead the development and implementation of the IOC's research agenda
  • Carry out scientific reviews and provide development recommendations on research outputs
  • Ensure all research adheres to rigorous scientific and ethical standards
  • Mentor research fellows, promoting professional growth in scholarly activities
  • Translate scientific findings into educational insights in collaboration with the Senior Director

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in a relevant field related to coaching and psychology
  • Minimum of 5 years of extensive research experience in a scientific environment
  • Experience in regulatory, scientific, and dissemination activities
  • Supervisory or mentorship experience with research trainees
  • Eligibility for faculty appointment contingent upon meeting specific academic requirements
