Responsibilities
- Manage field operations, including budget and job costing functions, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for site superintendents, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
- Effectively communicate company objectives and targets to site superintendents and crews, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Manage resources to ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and manpower across multiple job sites.
- Supervise and coordinate the needs of the workforce, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor equipment needs and utilization to ensure crews have the necessary tools while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, technology, and innovation, and implement improvements.
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges using available knowledge and resources.
- Collaborate with superintendents and key employees to identify and implement more efficient operational methods.
- Assist in facilitating and leading periodic Foreman meetings.
- Partner with the Safety department to ensure adherence to safe work practices, compliance with safety regulations, and effective risk management.
- Absorb and mentor future field leaders, including foremen.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in managing renovation projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale renovation projects.

- Ability to manage and lead a small team.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in construction management, general contracting, residential home construction.
- Project Planning & Scheduling - Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Successful record of managing multiple projects with a high level of detail, organization and time management.
- Knowledge of current building codes, fire and safety codes and requirements.
- Knowledge of construction contract documents, project scheduling, cost estimating, and budgeting.
- Advanced understanding of construction materials and methods.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team building skills, problem-solving skills, and leadership skills.
- Ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders in a positive, supportive and cooperative manner.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience managing a team of up to 5 members.
