Director of Reinsurance and Capacity
About the role
Steadily is an insurance technology company specializing in rental property insurance for landlords. We’re four years old, just over 160 people, manage $20B in risk, and are intent on becoming the world’s best and largest insurer of rental properties. We exist to deliver fast, affordable insurance and to pay claims quickly and fairly. This role will lay the runway for us to continue to scale while managing existing capacity relationships. If you thrive on complexity and lofty goals, this is an opportunity to bend the growth curve of your career with exposure that could take decades at more established companies. You’ll work alongside other sharp team members who will challenge and elevate you.
