Director of Rehabilitation Services (PT, OT, or SLP) | Aiken Rehab

About the role

Join PAM Health Aiken’s brand-new rehabilitation hospital opening this fall and help shape the future of patient care from the beginning. This position is responsible for the development, management, and operation of both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, including staffing, program development, budget development and monitoring, program evaluation, quality assurance, risk management, and marketing support. The Director of Rehabilitation will also be responsible for a defined percentage of patient care on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Current license as a PT, OT, or SLP in the state where the hospital resides is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory role preferred.
