About the role

This is a Perm placement position. 40 hours M-F Weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

Provides quality care to all residents in both the short-term and LTC units. Helps patients achieve successful outcomes through rehabilitation services. Prepares short-term patients for discharge back into the community.
